Allan D'arcangelo

About Artist: Allan D'arcangelo (1930-1998) was an American artist and printmaker. D'arcangelo studied history at the Universiy of Buffalo, He held dozens of solo exhibition; the first of which took place in the late 50's. He was a lecturer of Fine art at Cornell University, Brooklyn College and the School of Visual Arts before becoming famous for his 'highway' pictures, his signature style was most often associated with 'Hard Edge' or 'Constructivist.
