About Artist: Miranda Lopatkin is a London based artist whose photographic prints deal with memory and loss, and often have a melancholic taint. Lopatkin creates her work from family slides and photographs, which she projects and re-photographs. Miranda Lopatkin graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2001 with an MA in Fine Art. She has exhibited widely since graduating, with solo and group shows in London, Glasgow, Bristol, Copenhagen, Athens and Berlin. Her work has been shown at the National Portrait Gallery, and alongside artists including Sir Peter Blake, Tracey Emin and Marc Quinn.
